I’m looking for a PhD scholarship in hybrid between a Senegalese university and a university in the USA. My research topic is cervical cancer prevention strategies.
In Africa, and particularly in Senegal, screening strategies and resources are inadequate at the peripheral level; the knowledge and skills of healthcare providers in this field are limited and the population’s level of awareness of the means of control is low. Added to this is the lack of evidence-based data on cancers in general.
